Welcome!

St Mark's is a congregation of the
United Church of Christ, a denomination that believes that God is Still Speaking, here and now, and in creative, wonderful, life-giving ways.

No church can be everything to everyone, but if you're looking for somewhere  you can be welcomed, where you can know other people and be known yourself, and where you can meet God in unexpected ways, then you should give St. Mark's a closer look.  It may be the place where you can worship, heal, and belong.

Grand Re-Opening!

After several weeks of being snowed out, church is back on this Sunday, Feb. 21!  Join us for the reunion!

Lent Begins at St. Mark's

The season of Lent is a time of reflection and spiritual disciplines in the church year.  We began this Wednesday with the Ash Wednesday service that comes with the reminder, "You are dust, and to dust you shall return."  Lent comes to a close with Holy Week and Easter, which is April 4th this year.

Rev. Karen Lovelace
St. Mark's is excited to welcome Rev. Karen Lovelace as our new pastor.  Rev. Lovelace is a graduate of Lancaster Theological Seminary, and a native of Baltimore.  We were excited to install her into ministry with us on January 17th.  For more, look at the "Pastor" page.
